Order Changes and Cancellation

Sennheiser Indonesia Online Store does not allow for changes to be made to an order. The order has to be cancelled in the event of a wrong order placement. To qualify for an order cancellation, the order must not have been dispatched at the point of the request.

Sennheiser Indonesia Online Store Return Policy

 Sennheiser Indonesia Online Store offers you the possibility to return any unused product within 3 calendar days from the day item was successfully delivered. Valid returns may qualify for either a refund or replacement unit.

 We accept returns for the following 3 reasons:

Reason for return

Description of return reason

Condition for exchange or           refund

A. Damaged item

Item that is damaged on arrival 

Plastic wrap or seal intact 
Item must not be used 
Item must include all packaging and accessories

B. Wrong item

Item that is different from the description on the website

Item must not be used (if it is possible to distinguish the item from packaging) 
Item must be sealed, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories

C. Defective product 

The item does not function as described in the manufacturer’s specifications

Item can be tested but must be in condition “as new” 

 

Note: Original Sennheiser products purchased are covered by a 24-month international warranty. More information about our standard service and warranty policies can be found here. If the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for defective products identified after the 3 calendar days.
